Delivery and Return Information:
For orders shipped directly to you, the following applies:
- All items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address.
- We charge a flat fee of 1.500 BHD per delivery and are handled by a third-party courier agent.
- Orders above 50.000 BHD are eligible for free delivery
For items that are eligible for returns:
- Items can be exchanged within 14 days.
- There is a 1.000 BHD administration and restocking fee.
- If you request a return delivery, an additional 1.500 BHD fee applies, making the total return fee 2.500 BHD per order.
- Please return the items in the original packaging, ensuring the merchandise is in the same original condition.
- Your refund will be processed and refunded with the same
payment method and it will be automatically applied to within 10 to 14
business days.
