We charge a flat fee of 1.5 BHD per delivery and are handled by a third-party courier agent. Orders above 50 BHD are eligible for free delivery.

Items can be exchanged within 14 days. There is a 1.000 BHD administration and restocking fee. If you request a return delivery, an additional 1.500 BHD fee applies, making the total return fee 2.500 BHD per order. Please return the items in the original packaging, ensuring the merchandise is in the same original condition. Your refund will be processed and refunded with the same payment method and it will be automatically applied to within 10 to 14 business days.
